CONDOMINIUMS
Only units OWNED BY NON-BERMUDIANS in selected condominium developments are available to overseas purchasers.
In the Bermuda Government's Policy Statement on the acquisition of condominiums by overseas buyers, units have been designated as being available for purchase by VAN AND BY VIRTUE OF THEIR BEING OWNED BY A NON-BERMUDIAN SELLER. Any unit already designated as 'available' and so listed in that policy statement, will STILL be available for purchase by an overseas buyer even if its ARV has now fallen below the designated minimum level of $28,800, IF IT IS OWNED AND BEING SOLD BY A NON-BERMUDIAN SELLER.
Any units remaining to be built in previously approved developments, such as Mt. Wyndham, will be deemed to be available, upon completion, only if their ARV is $28,800 or higher.
Any unit in a non-approved development may be purchased by a non-Bermudian residential certificate holder only if its ARV is $28,800 or higher.
