Our property in Shaw Park features an exclusive and private one bedroom cottage on Barracuda Bay overlooking the Great Sound and the Americas Cup race course. The cottage faces Dockyard and has spectacular sunset views.

The cottage is featured with all the necessary bedroom amenities, a modern bathroom and an outdoor shower. It has its own dock which can be shared with the main house or be exclusive to the cottage. There is no kitchen, but an opportunity for beverages and breakfast can be made available.

A minimum of 3 nights stay at a rate of $500 per night. We would prefer a weekly or two weekly rental at $3000 per week.
