The unit comes fully furnished and has a modern kitchenette, together with appliances and dishes. There is a large contemporary bathroom, with a large bathtub/shower and a very comfortable king size bed. Resort amenities include two restaurants, spa, tennis courts, a fitness center, an infinity pool and hot tub, and a pool bar. Ownership includes membership in the Belmont Hills Golf Club. A private ferry to Hamilton, in service in the early morning and the evening, takes residents into town for business, shopping, or dining. A shuttle service is available to a South Shore beach and the Belmont Hills Golf Club. This 1/6th fractional ownership gives you access to your unit for 2 consecutive weeks each calendar quarter, on a rotating basis, for a total of 8 weeks a year. If you are unable to use your allotted time management is flexible with changes or you can put your unit in the Hotel rental pool.
